The elective Focus in Children, Families, and Cultures (CFC) at Catholic University is committed to preparing students to meaningfully contribute to the welfare of children and families within our multicultural society. It assists students in becoming well informed about the developmental and sociocultural issues impacting children and families today and to translate this knowledge into useful research, clinical, and policy applications. The CFC faculty is committed to providing quality training, coursework, research, and mentorship. The CFC focus includes faculty and students from the Clinical Psychology and Human Development doctoral programs, as well as students from the Psychological Science Master’s program.
